An Taigh Muir is a traditional stone semi-detached black house. The cottage is located in the quiet hamlet of Cornaigmore in the north west of the island. The cottage benefits from lovely views across the machair and is surrounded by crofting land on all sides. The cottage is a 5 minute walk across the machair to the hidden gem of a beach - The Green - and only a 10 min walk from Loch Bhasapol for windsurfing/the windsurf school. The popular surfing beach of Balevullin is close by along with lots of other spectacular beaches.
