Bathroom - includes a WC, wash hand basin, full size bath and a power shower.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The wood burning stove is the main source of heating in the cottage with electric storage heaters as a back-up.  The cottage benefits from free WiFi and all electricity is included within the tariff. Refuse collection is weekly and the cottage will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

1 double bedroom with a king size bed and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a small sofa bed for 1 extra guest.

Open plan downstairs with bathroom and Spiral Staircase leading to the two bedrooms upstairs.

The cottage has a small fenced garden to the front and at the rear is a large timber decking spanning the full length of the cottage with outdoor storage and garden furniture.  

Please park directly opposite the cottage and well clear of the road as heavy farm machinery uses the road throughout the day.  Our next door neighbour parks directly opposite their cottage so please keep this spot free.

This properly is unsuitable for people with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms.
