Your accommodation is on the ground floor only, yes there are stairs but upper level rooms is not accessible to you.

Solid wood kitchen with all the appliances and equipment you will require.Fridge with small freezer(the co-op is 100yds away)electric hob and oven and microwave. The kitchen has a slate tiled floor whilst the dining and living area have a solid timber floor scattered with colourful rugs , and some very comfy leather seating and a little stove and a picture window looks across to Jura and Mull.
The dining area can accommodate four with ease if you plan to have a couple of guests for a meal. Woodburner stove , bring you own dried wood and kindling . it's even more expensive on Tiree.

The house is surrounded by an enclosed fenced grassed garden with places to sit on one side and with patio area with picnic table and benches on the other .

When leaving the pier turn right and drive or bike for one mile until you come to a T junction, turn left, drive past the Police Station on the left, and the Co-op on your right ,just past the cattle grid take the track in front of An Iodhiann our house is situated approximately 100 yards diagonally on the right.
The Ferry Terminal is less than mile away by car or bicycle from Duart or by foot just a leisurely walk over machair passing by The Hotel and harbour , head for the BT mast and Duart is over the road . The airport is about 4 miles away .
