    Local area

Walking, cycling and bird watching is very popular in THE RHINNS of Islay. Exploring our rocky shores, watching the seals and looking out for otters and of course our birds of prey mainly buzzards and hen harriers though sea eagles are being spotted more and more and further round the coast there are choughs. We also have lots of red deer often grazing in the fields like cattle and some smaller roe deer.
