Balinoe Campsite was established in 2007 with the aim of being able to offer a sheltered and friendly campsite environment for those wishing to enjoy the outdoors on Tiree together as a family, or travelling as individuals or small groups. Our site has some of Tiree's only trees and these, combined with the buildings on our site, offer a reasonable level of protection from our strong Hebridean winds.

Balinoe Campsite offers approximately 20 pitches. These include grass camping pitches for tents, including access for guests cars. For campervans, and towed caravans, we offer hard standing or grass pitches (seasonal) all with access to 13 AMP electrical hookup.

We offer a basic indoor facilities area, housed inside a modernised world war 2 nissan hut, for campers comfort.

This area includes a cooker, hot water, tables and chairs, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine & a 2MB wireless internet connection. Additionally this area has a simple heated shower cubicle area for comfortable off season use. We have additional seasonal shower and toilet cubicles, adjacent to our main facilities block. A large amount of storage is available in the campsite barn for outdoor gear, bikes and anything else you wish to bring with you.

Please note if you are bringing a dog that the campsite is surrounded by croft land and we ask they must be kept under control at all times. Dogs must be kept out of indoor facilities area at all times and all fouling must be removed from the site and properly disposed of.
