GROUND FLOOR
Large Living Room – Large bright, comfortable area to chill out with a dram, watch TV or a DVD. There is an electric fire and a central staircase to the first floor.
Kitchen/Dinning Room – Sun-drenched room with electric cooker, microwave, small fridge-freezer, all the small appliances you’ll need and a family dining table (seats 6) to enjoy your meals of Tiree’s local produce.
Utility Room – Adjacent to the kitchen/dining you’ll find the washing machine, freezer, microwave, vacuum, and door to the rear outdoor space.
Toilet – Handy toilet as you enter/exit.  

FIRST FLOOR
Double Bedroom – Large double with plenty room for clothes storage.
Double Bedroom – A double bed and side table.
Twin Bedroom – Large room with twin beds and plenty room for clothes storage.
Bathroom with Shower – Electric shower.

There are walled gardens to the front and rear. The rear gets the sun throughout the afternoon and is perfect for sitting out to enjoy sunset. Parking is at the front on the left.
