GROUND FLOOR
Living Room - with a comfortable and rustic feel. The rendered stone walls are painted white and the pine ceiling has open rafters. There is a leather 3 piece suite, a smart TV and also a dvd . There is a bluetooth speaker. Heating is by efficient modern electric heaters and a multi fuel stove type room heater. There is free Wifi.
Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, a microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen and dining area and living room are all open plan.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a bath, wash hand basin and toilet. There is an instant electric shower over the bath. There is a heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR
Double Bedroom - with additional single bed.
Twin Bedroom - with two single beds.
Small open cabin area with bed.
