Welcome to An Caladh, a beautifully renovated family home, sleeping up to 10, just walking distance from one of Tiree's most iconic beaches; beautiful scenery and a brilliant surf spot. Perfet base for your Hebridean Island advenutre. Spend the days exploring the Island on land or in the sea and the evening with a chilled beverage and watch the sunset from the kitchen window or cosy by the fire. An Caladh is a great spot all year round.
There are beautiful views from the windows as the house is surrounded by common grazing land and the machair as well as sea views towards the Outer Hebrides from the upstairs bedrooms.
Recently renovated, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting Room. Beautiful views towards the sea from the central island cooking hob, large American-style fridge freezer with ice maker and a separate drinks fridge. There is a microwave and dishwasher.

A perfect, large, beach house in a picture postcard location! The house offers luxury accommodation for 10, easily big enough to accommodate two families. With wifi, smart TV and and open fire. The house is fitted with central heating and has a drying/ kit room with washing machine and a heated dryer and 2 wetsuit dryers.
A lovely south-facing walled garden with grass, flower bed and palm trees. There is a picnic bench on the south side of property overlooking the flowery machair. Parking on An Caladh access land at front of property by large garden gate. Otherwise on the surrounding grassland. Please keep the gate shut and no parking on tracks.

Leaving the ferry, turn right at a T junction (or go left to stock up at the Co-Op first). Once you get to Balevullin, at the T junction, turn right towards sea. You will see the house over the machair- a white house with a white wall and a palm tree! Over a small bridge and turn right toward Balevullin beach . Opposite thatch house with red door, turn right down track to house. There is a white wall around the garden and a wooden sigh which says An Caladh.
