Kitchen/Dining - fully fitted kitchen with large dining table. The kitchen has a cooker with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven and washing machine.
Double Bedroom - with a 4-poster king size bed. All bedlinen is provided.
Bathroom - family bathroon with bath and shower over the bath. Towels are provided.
FIRST FLOOR
Open Plan Lounge - this runs the full length of the property with sleeping areas and a lounge area with a gable window which offers panoramic views of the sea and coastline. The sleeping area has one double bed and two single beds. All bedlinen is provided.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The cottage has storage heating and there is a separate heater and towel rail in the bathroom. The cottage is fully equipped. The upstairs sitting area has a flat-screen TV, VCR and DVD and there is Wifi throughout. There is an enclosed garden with off-road parking. There is also a lawn and a patio area ideal for barbecues and alfresco dining. Well behaved pets are welcome. It is 5 minutes by car to the local (well-stocked) Coop and bank.

From Nightly
If coming by ferry please drive up the road from the pier and turn right at the T-junction. Drive through Scarinish passed the bank and Coop and keep going for about one mile. After passing a sea inlet there are three properties on the left visible from the road. Clachan Cottage is the third property and is attached to a large white house which is next to a telephone box.
