GROUND FLOOR
Living Room - with rendered stone walls painted white with a pine surround at low level. The pine ceiling has open rafters. There is a multi fuel room heater type stove. Other heating is provided by modern electric heaters. There is satellite television which supplies 'free to view' channels. There is a dvd player. There is free WiFi available.
Kitchen -  is well appointed, with a fridge, a microwave, toaster, cooker with and ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Shower Room - with an instant electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is an electric hot towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR
Double Bedroom - with a double bed and views of the sea through Velux windows.
Twin Bedroom - with two single beds and views of the sea through Velux windows.
There is a small cabin style area at the top of the stairs with one single bed in it.

FACILITES AND SERVICES
The cottage is only a few metres from the sea and there is access down an embankment to a small sandy beach from which there are fine sea views across to Mull and Jura. Seals, otters and shags can often be seen on the rocks close by.
Linen -You will need to provide your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.  Electricity - is charged at cost.

There is a small walled garden with off road car parking and spectacular sea views.
