GROUND FLOOR
Living Room - This is cosy and bright room with an open fire, large L-shaped sofa and armchair. There is a flatscreen TV , DVD player and fully stocked bookcase

Kitchen - This is a well-appointed fully refurbished kitchen with, dishwasher, induction hob with fan-assisted oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Toaster & Kettle and a Radio. There is a good size dining table that sits 7 with views over the Sea.
Bathroom - There is a large Modern Roll Top Bath, Basin and Toilet
Shower Room - A powerful walk in shower, basin and toilet. Sea view from the shower!
Porch - Plenty of space and hooks for coats and shoes etc.

FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom - Luxurious Super king bed with direct views over the sea, beach and garden. Chest of drawers and arm chair.
Bedroom 2 - Two comfortable full size single beds and small sofa bed.  Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Enough space for kids to play or to sit back and enjoy the views of the sea from a small sofa.

Oil central heating system heats the house and water
Wifi broadband is provided
All bed linen is provided
Hand towels and tea towels provided (please bring your own bath and beach towels)
Electricity and heating is included in the tariff.
Outside tap and hose to rinse wet suits, kayaks and surfboards.

 We have a grass drive at the back of the house where you can park. The house is surrounded by a small fence and there is space for small children to play outside. We also have the garden in front of the house where you can sit out in which leads on to the beach. The stretch of water in front the house is great for Crabbing, SUPing, Kayaking and swimming in.
