Accommodation
Bedrooms - all five en suite guest rooms have been individually designed using high quality furnishings and fittings. Each room has a TV/DVD player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, thermostatic controlled central heating and free WIFI access is available.
Disabled access - one of our ground floor kingsize rooms is suitable for wheelchair access. It has an en suite wet room kitted out with a shower seat, hand rails and wheelchair-friendly sink/toilet.
Bathrooms - all rooms are en suite and have either a bath and shower or shower only.
Conservatory - a comfortable room with views over the surrounding croft and machair, there is a TV, cd player, books, DVD's, children's toys and local information provided.
Dining room - seats 10
Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with 5 gas hob burner, 2 ovens, grill and hot plate. There is a combination microwave, 4 slice toaster, slow cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Utility room - Washing machine and sink area.
Large charcoal BBQ in shed for guest use.
The property consists of one Standard Double and four King-size Double en suite bedrooms. All Kingsize rooms can have an additional single bed set up to create a Twin or extra bed. 10 adults can be comfortably accommodated, 2 extra children can be accommodated on camp beds.
Ground floor: Kitchen with utility room, leading to dining room and conservatory. Entrance porch with toilet leading through to hallway with two Kingsize Double ensuite bedrooms.
First floor: One Standard Double ensuite, one Kingsize Double en suite and one Kingsize Double ensuite.
Garden with picnic benches and access to a shed for storage of outdoor gear and a hosepipe.
There is a ramp to the front door and an additional ramp can be provided as the front door has a lip. There is a ground floor bedroom with en suite which is suitable for wheelchair access. The other main rooms can be accessed by a corridor from this bedroom.

FERRY: After coming off the ferry, drive up the pier road (B8065) and at the T-junction turn right on to the B8068. Stay on this road for 3 miles to Balephetrish. Rockvale is the third house on the left once you have reached the township of Balephetrish. There is a sign at the end of the driveway.
PLANE: After leaving the airport follow the road to the T-Junction, turn right here and carry on to the next T-Junction. Turn right again and follow the road alongside Balephetrish beach, we are at the far end on the right hand side. There is a sign at the end of the driveway.
Well stocked kitchen with washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, clingfilm, foil, range of herbs and spices, tea, coffee and sugar supplies as well as cleaning materials.
