Kitchen/Dining Area - the cottage has a fully fitted kitchen/living room with oven and hob unit, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. It is well kitted out with all the usual various utensils and a dining table with four chairs.
Shower Room - a modern shower room with WC, hand wash basin and shower cubicle with excellent lighting.
Double Bedroom - this is of generous proportions and has a 5ft bed with individual reading lights, chest of drawers and small wardrobe.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The cottage has central heating There is also a multi-fuel stove in the living room which is easily lit and controlled.
Washing machine is in the adjacent black top.

Turn right at T junction at the end of the pier road towards Balephetrish. Continue on this road passing Balephetrish Beach and The Old Mill. Pass Loch Bhassapol on your left then take the first left signposted for Kilmoluaig and continue along this small road and take the next left. Follow the road and it will start to go up a hill. The cottage is visible at the top of the hill.
